Role details:
• Day to day management of technical and soft services for the sites
• Act as key point of contact for all technical matters
• Lead an operational team across the sites
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships across the business
• Oversee financial management for the contract
• Lead all HSE and compliance matters for the sites including conducting audits
• Day to day management of all additional project works including sub-contractor management
Requirements:
You will have a technical/building services background but will have led TFM accounts as well.
Sector experience across the manufacturing/industrial sector would be an advantage and strong leadership knowledge is also important for the role. A relevant HSE qualifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH is also essential for the role.
