Engineering Manager
Battersea
£60,000 - £65,000 per year
We currently have a great opportunity for a HVAP qualified engineering manager to work for a large SME provider based in Central London, at a site over in Battersea.
The site boasts a large portfolio of private apartments and large buildings maintained by a team of around 20-30 engineers split across various FM providers.
As one of the leading SME companies they can offer a fantastic package with salary, benefits, pension scheme and much more.

Job specific responsibilities:
- Overseeing and arranging of all M&E related tasks on the site
- Managing the client and reacting to critical aspects of the site with urgency
- Ensuring all your allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required.
- Arrangement of RAMS
- Managing the day to day schedules of the engineers
- Writing of PPM schedules
- Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
- Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent with either an electrical or building services bias
- HVAP knowledge required
- Worked as a building services engineer in a critical environment
- Good knowledge of management and working in a critical environment
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities
