Technical Account Manager
Concept: Facilities Management
Location: London
Salary: Up to £75,000pa
Our client deals with some of the biggest FM contracts in the country, a combination of household names and government contracts. They are looking for a highly skilled technical account manager that has an understanding of general facilities management, as well as extensive knowledge of technology and apps used to control huge corporations
TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Working with enterprise clients on a variety of bespoke projects
- Providing continued customer support
- Working closely with extended team to ensure projects are delivered in timely manner
- In depth understanding of apps needed to run large corporations
Who will you be as Technical account Manager?
- A background in facilities management
- Be able to demonstrate excellent technical skills
- Project management qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience managing top level customers/clients
