Have experience in driving change through large and complex organisations? Do you have a passion for organisational psychology and how to leverage it to deliver lasting behavioural change? Ever worked on a vested outsourcing programme?
This is a brand new role for a high profile technology client in London who are seeking an organisational change consultant to help their primary supplier for real estate and workplace services move to a transparent vested partnership. You will need end to end change management experience on substantial programmes and ideally worked on a similar programme for a vested partnership or similar.
You will manage all the organisational change for scope for delivery of different services and communicate the right vested principles and behaviors to stakeholders across the business; you will own the change programme and will need to be able to spin various plates! A Six Sigma qualification would be helpful as well as a core interest in behavioural change and organisational design.
Overall, this is a key role as this consultancy looks to build out its capability for being best in class with running vested partnerships for this end client and many others in their portfolio.
