Mechanical Engineer (Design)
Build Recruitment are pleased to be working with an Award-Winning Building Services Design Consultancy based in the Midlands to source an Intermediate and a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer. £35k - £58k
Working within a high performing team, you will have a proven track record of delivering Mechanical projects from £100k - £2m+ across a number of sectors to include; Healthcare, Higher Education, Commercial, Retail and Industrial.
My client specialises in inception to completion projects across RIBA stages 0-7 and as such, it is expected that applicants have this experience, in particular, full detail design.
Although a mechanically biased role, an understanding of Calculations / Design across general Building Services would be advantageous. A good understanding and working knowledge with CIBSE, HTM guidelines, Water Byelaws, Building Regulations is essential for this role.
An understanding of SBEM/ Brukl, EPC, BB101, CIBSE TM22,52,54 is preferable as is a working knowledge of Microsoft 365, 2D / 3D AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dailux / Relux, Amtech, Cymap, Bluebeam REVU etc.
