We have had a great opportunity arise for an experienced Fire Pump Engineer to join a team on a cluster of contracts. As one of the leading FM companies they can offer a fantastic package with salary, bonuses, benefits, private health care scheme and much more.
Responsibilities:
- Working within the existing team, to support our Fire Pump service operation.
- Producing Customer quotations to address Fire Pump related remedial works.
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure best value costings are achieved.
- Providing Customer support and responding to queries related to Fire Pump remedial quotations.
- Scheduling & organising Fire Pump remedial works, including arranging parts & materials.
- Raising & processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders.
- Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
- Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers and the wider H&K Team.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of all relevant IT systems.
- Ensuring adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures.
Experience & Skills:
- Applicants must be reliable, punctual, good team players and have good communication & IT skills.
- Knowledge & experience within the sprinkler industry would be desirable, although experience in a related engineering our service delivery field would also be considered
