Contract Manager
£50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + 20% Annual Bonus
London - Waterloo
I am currently recruiting for our biggest client for a great Contract Management position based out of a large multi-storey commercial office in Waterloo. The successful candidate will be working on a large shared-office space contract with sites based all over Central London and housing anything from large multi-million corporations to smaller start-up businesses across the city.
The successful candidate will be based out of the clients European headquarters and representing an internationally renowned Facilities Management company, managing a total number of sites between 12-18 buildings in London and overseeing a large team of static/foot mobile engineers.
Job Specification:
- Experience in managing a mobile team.
- Experience in managing budgets and P&L.
- Presenting and compiling monthly reports to clients.
- Working closely with the clients daily, managing the relationship between the client and service provider
- Conducting specific risk assessments
- Continually review current processes and working practices and actively encourage an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Producing detailed and specific engineering quotes for a range of mechanical, electrical and building fabric works.
- Active role in annual shutdowns, and project works
- Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regards to project and engineering activities
- Managing sub-contractors permits to work etc.
- Strong leadership skills
Contract Manager Requirements:
- NVQ 2/3/4/5, HNC/D or Engineering Degree or equivalent in an electrical/mechanical discipline
- Health & Safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH)
- Previous experience in a similar role with comprehensive knowledge of relevant maintenance standards (e.g. SFG20)
- Excellent team working and problem-solving capabilities
- Experienced in preparing technical reports and lifecycle business cases
- Experience of the managing and delivery of statutory compliance in respect of building services and MEP
Contract Manager Package:
- Salary: Up to £60,000
- Car Allowance/mobile phone/laptop
- 20% annual bonus
