Maintenance Electrician Central Leeds
Monday - Friday. 8AM - 5PM
£30k - £34k. 33 days holiday. 1.5 + 2x Overtime.
Static - Working in a commercial office

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible to ensure that the electrical maintenance tasks on the site are done on time, to schedule and you must be able to look after your own work load.
Whilst on site you will be carrying out a range of electrical maintenance & building service tasks. This could be anything from a simple lamp change / emergency lighting test up to 6 a month / fire alarm tests / annual test. This role will involve a wide range of electrical maintenance, electrical fault-finding and electrical repair. as well as HVAC, BMS, water or mechanical (pums & motor) maintenance.
Requirments:
- 18th Edition
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualifications
- Be able to carry out planned preventative maintenance and complete all report sheets
- Be able to demonstrate in maintenance and repair of a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems
