TEMP TO PERM Position
Our client who are arguably the largest Estates and Facilities Management company in Europe are looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician to cover a site based in Derby.
Job Purpose:
Part of the Regional Team, efficient delivery of the maintenance function to deliver on statutory and contract SLA's.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standards and company competencies are delivered and demonstrated
- Deliver thePPM and minor works
- Ensure the Client, Customer and Team are 'kept in the loop' through feedback and regular updates
- Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer
- Provide technical support, advice and guidance to the Customer and Team
- Ensure best value for money to the Client by ensuring accuracy within the Team by checking resource and materials are suitable to effectively deliver the service
- Report on performance to the Regional Supervisor
- Ensure safe delivery of all works, including those of our service partners
- Ensure accuracy and delivery within SLA of all works
- Ensure continuity of service by controlling resource and cover
- Produce and validate quotations for Regional minor works
- Build and foster relationships with the Client, Customer, other colleagues
- Collate and submit audit appeal evidence
- Ensure timesheets and expenses are correctly submitted on time
- Take ownership of the site delivering exceptional service to the customer
- Accurately update and amend the CAFM System, via the PDA device
- Ensure full transparency of the service to the Customer
- Be available for duty management of out of hours response
Qualifications:
- Apprencticehip Served/ C & G 236 part 1 & 2 or Level 3 qualified Electrician (i.3 NVQ/C&G Level 3 2330)
- 18th edition
- FGas (Desired not essential)
£16.82 p/h
This role will become a permanent position for the incoming candidate who performs the role to meet expectations from the Contract Manager
