Job Title Operations and Fulfillment Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Location: London
We are working with a prestigious and historical business that is looking to expand their team that sells precious metals.
About the role:
You will be reporting into the supply chain manager and learning about stock and storage of precious metals. You will deal with goods in, stock management, quality checks, packing fulfilment, processing customer orders and invoicing. You will be working to tight customer deadlines, communicating with customers and the wider team and dealing with end of month inventory’s.
Skills and Experience:
- Eye for detail is absolutely important.
- Numerate & Computer literate: Excellent MS Office skills required- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Netsuite preferred but not essential. (Netsuite is the software used for business) Training will be given.
- Organisational skills and effective time management
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with constantly conflicting deadlines.
- Given the high value nature of products & an extremely discerning customer base, integrity & meticulous approach to work is essential.
