Maintenance Electrician
Monday - Friday. 8AM - 5PM + Overtime
£28k - £32k

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician to work on one of the company's largest commercial contracts in the Greater Leeds Area.

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible to ensure that the electrical maintenance tasks on the site are done on time and to schedule and look after your own work load.
Whilst on site you will be carrying out a range of electrical maintenance & building services tasks. This could be anything from a simple lamp change / emergency light test to a 6 month / annual test. The role will involve a range of electrical maintenance, electrical fault-finding, and electrical repair. Aswel as HVAC, BMS, water or mechancial (pumps & motor) maintenance.
Requirments:
- 18th Edition
- City&Guilds/NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualifications
- Be able to carry out planned preventative maintenance and complete all report sheets
- Be able to demonstrate in maintenance and repair of a wide range of electrical systems and mechanical systems
