A large healthcare organisation is looking to appoint an experienced ERIC Returns Consultant on an interim/FTC basis in the South-Central location.
Develop effective business procedures and processes, ensuring streamlined delivery of the Estates service.

Develop effective business procedures and processes, ensuring streamlined delivery of the Estates service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ascertain the position of compliance for all Estates Operations functions against KPI’s, procedures and present periodic reports such, including cause and effect with recommendations to address any gaps and improvements needs;
- Monitor compliance across the Estates function, remedial work requirements from reports and actively to ensure timely completion;
- Collate estates operational backlog schedules and weekly reports;
- Implement systems to ensure compliance with national standards including CQC, HTM’s & other standards as required;
- Provide comprehensive Benchmarking Information within agreed timeframes, to include PAM, ERIC and CQC.
A successful candidate will have:
- Experience within Estates and Facilities in a Healthcare setting;
- Must have expertise within all matters relating to Compliance, Financial budgeting, and ERIC data analysis;
- Lead in monitoring the departments compliance with relevant Financial Policies and Procedures, reporting the progress of any corrective actions.
