- We are looking to speak with candidates who are ready to go it alone and really knows what it takes to run a successful business.
- Have the commercial and financial understanding of running a healthy P&L.
- Come with all the soft skills of recruiting and training and developing a team and you will be passionate about it.
- Have managed large teams in your career – can demonstrate how you have retained, developed and coached them.
- Have the grit and determination to make things work – this is a great opportunity and offers tonnes of support, but you’ll need to put the work in.
- Understand what it takes to start your own business and have the foresight to see it through.
