Maintenance Electrician
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Working on a government building in Leeds
****Clear criminal background is ESSENTIAL****
An enhanced security clearance check will be needed
£30k-£34k

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician to work on one of the company's largest commercial contracts in Leeds
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible to ensure that the electrical maintenance tasks on the site are done on time and to schedule and look after your own work load.
Whilst on site you will be carrying out a range of electrical maintenance & building services tasks. This could be anything from a simple lamp change / emergency light test to a 6 month / annual test. The role will involve a range of electrical maintenance, electrical fault-finding, and electrical repair. Aswel as HVAC, BMS, water or mechanical (pumps & motor) maintenance.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- 18th Edition
- City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 Electrical qualifications
- Demonstrate experience in maintenance and repair of a wide and varied range of electrical systems and mechanical systems.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and completing all report sheets
