Role details:
• Leading all m+e activities for the site
• Coordinating all PPM and reactive maintenance
• Budget management for building services across the site
• Day to day management of an on-site engineering team
• HSE activities including conducting site audits and ensuring that statutory compliance is met
• Delivering additional project works as required
• Ensuring that all SLA's are met on a weekly and monthly basis
Requirements:
A proven track record in building services/m+e management with relevant qualifications is essential for the role. Manufacturing/industrial sector knowledge would be an advantage and IOSH/NEBOSH is also important for the role.
