Role details:
• Day to day management of a number of m+e/building services projects ranging from upgrades to installations
• Scoping and pricing of the projects
• Working closely with client side contacts regarding milestone planning
• Sub-contractor procurement and management
• Holding regular project update meetings
• Budget management of projects
• Overseeing all HSE elements of projects
Requirements:
You will have a proven track record in project management across the construction/building services or FM sector. IOSH/Prince 2 qualifications would be an advantage and good HSE understanding is also important for the role.
