HVAC Supervisor
£42,500 basic
The South & South West
Monday - Friday, 8am / 5pm

One of the leading FM companies in the country are looking for a HVAC Supervisor to oversee a team of 14 engineers across the South & the South West, working on one of the UK's biggest supermarket contracts you'll be responsible for the delivery of PPM, reactive and testing work-streams whilst supporting with technical assistance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all sites are covered for maintenance services including reactives and PPMs
- Audit FM documentation and action any non-compliance issues
- Deal promptly with all help-desk calls and ensure all issues are resolved effectively, escalating where necessary to the appropriate management level
- Ensure under performance on KPI's is understood and action plans are in place to drive improvement
- Provide technical support to HVAC engineers
- Comply with health & safety and company processes
- Participate in recruitment and selection process of engineering vacancies
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- NVQ level 3 within Heating, Ventilation, Mechanical engineering
- ACS commercial gas qualifications (COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A)
- ACS domestic gas qualifications (CCN, CENWAT, CPA)
- 18th edition
- Fully conversant with all major manufactures systems and equipment
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Strong PC literary
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent planning, organizing, prioritization and project management skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision making
