Senior Operations Manager – Delivery Service
Must be located south of Birmingham – regular London travel
£65-£70,000 plus bonus
The Role:
We are looking for senior leaders who have excelled in a logistics/delivery background. Our client is developing and launching courier hubs around the UK and we are looking for senior operators to come on board to help scale and develop the business model. You will eventually have several operations managers reporting directly to you from all over the UK.

Experience Required for the Role:
- You will have operated in & managed a large-scale organisation
- You will be analytical in your approach and be excellent with numbers
- This is a service-related position - high levels of service and customer focus will be at the heart of what you do
- Experienced in working in a complex matric organisation – and thrive in this environment.
- Essential - logistics/delivery background driven by results
- Forward thinking and intelliegnt in your appraoch – this is about the future
