Urgent - Contract Manager - with proven track record - HIGH Profile Secure maintenance contract
Contract Manager £60,000 to £65,000 plus package
We have been requested by one of our long standing and very respected clients who operate within the HVAC , Building services maintenance sector to assist them with the recruitment of a Contract Manager . Reporting directly in to the Account Manager on one of the Capitals most prestigious and High profile portfolio of buildings ranging from recently refurbished to Heritage protected buildings all within the walking distant of Westminster and Waterloo Station
Our customer is looking for a Top Shelf Contracts Manager , Dynamic , Positive and career minded individual , with a strong operational mindset and excellent customer communication skills that wants to progress within one of the UK 's most financially stable and secure maintenance and Facility Management organisation , someone looking to add value to the contract and manage a team of 15 Plus across a portfolio of prestigious , heritage and government multi tenanted locations with an overall engineering service team of 20 plus engineers and support staff .
Individual must be technically minded and have a steady and not jumpy career history where they can clearly demonstrate career successes , achievements and where they have made an impact and added value.
This is an amazing opportunity for either a technically minded Engineering Contracts manager who wants to assist and be part of the continued success and growth of this High End long standing maintenance and service contract.
