Lead Electrical Engineer
Monday- Friday (typical working hours)
Managing a team of 4 engineers
33k-37k basic salary
Overseeing team of engineers on two sites (S66- sites are 5 miles apart)

What we are looking for in our new Lead Electrical Engineer:
You will need to be a qualified electrician trained to level 3 in electrical installation and requirements. You will have a wealth of knowledge of maintenance within the commercial environment, great communication skills to deal with not just your engineers but also sub-contractors who are specialist in their field. You should have great leadership skills and the ability to guide your team to achieve the highest level of service.
What you will need:
- 17th/18th edition
- Electrical Installation Part 1 & Part 2 aka AM1 & AM2
- C&G 2391 Testing and Inspection
- NVQ Electrical C&G 2360 aka 236 Electrical Installation Level 1, 2, 3
The electrical lead engineer will oversee the maintenance on the facility and M&E plant duties include:
- Electrical Distribution
- Lighting
- BMS
- Fire systems
- HVAC
- AHU systems
- Fabric and mechanical maintenance
- General building services
You will be overseeing a team of engineers including mechanical and fabric technicians.

- Use of pool car/van when travelling in between two sites and when on call (1:2)
