Monday to Friday - 8AM / 5PM + Overtime
£12 P/H - £15 P/H

Job Details
We are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Plumber to work on behalf of our client on a large prestigious contract in Newcastle.
Working for one of the UK's leading facilities maintenance companies, they can offer great career stability in such uncertain times. You will be a key member of the maintenance team responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repair to all building services. Ensuring high levels of compliance as well as Health & Safety at all times. The post holder will have a proven track record working on commercial contracts.
Required Experience
- Plumbing Maintenance
- Mechanical maintenance
- Boiler Room knowledge
- Tap Temperatures
- Stripping and changing pumps
Ideally you will have;
- Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering Qualification
- Experience in a similar role
- PPM and reactive maintenance experience
- Worked within the FM sector and dealt with commercial sites
