Junior Workplace Consultant, London, £30k
You will be working for a Workplace Strategy Consultancy in London as a Junior Workplace Consultant working directly with one of the senior workplace consultants. You will join the revolution of workplace consultancy by using your data analysis skills to manipulate and present workplace data to evolve the way workplaces are designed, occupied and used.
You will work with the consulting team to help with the construction of data reports for workplace data in Excel across a varied client and work with them to develop strategic briefs, support focus groups and workshops, write up presentations and contribute where required.
Microsoft Excel skills essential - ideally with experience of InDesign and AutoCAD but these are NOT essential. You won't be coding with Excel, but you'll have advanced core skills in data manipulation, data analysis and presentation into coherent and easy to understand reports.
If you have an appreciation or understanding about workplace strategy, new ways of working, employee psychology, wellbeing, office design, real estate or property, then this could be a first step into a workplace consulting career. There is a huge opportunity to develop into a rounded workplace consultant working with external clients to deliver lasting workplace transformation
