Role details:
- Strategic ownership for TFM accounts
- Leading UK or EMEA operations teams for a variety of service lines
- Overseeing an FM team including talent planning
- Managing budgets of 10m+ for the accounts
- Delivering through sub contracted partners including procurement
- Developing senior client relationships including monthly reporting
- Undertaking analysis of contract efficiencies including LEAN processing
- Identifying all business growth opportunities for the account
Requirements:
You will have a strong background in managing UK or EMEA wide FM operations and some prior experience of working for a managing agent/FM provider is essential. You will have managed complex FM operations and will have strong leadership capability. Good corporate or life sciences sector experience would also be an advantage for the role.
