Compliance Manager Fire Safety Systems, Midlands
We are recruiting for a Technical Compliance Manager for fire safety systems, to work for a large Facilities Management provider covering contracts in Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with key stakeholders and act as the conduit to ensure the business achieves statutory compliance.
- Provide support and advice to Operations by being the informed source of knowledge for all things technical
- Highlight and facilitate resolution of any issues or risks which may impact on the business in achieving its statutory compliance
- Pro-actively working with other workstreams, suppliers, and clients to achieve compliant status
- Affect change leading to continual improvement
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that Technical, SSOW, SHE and statutory compliance procedures are adhered to
- Identify and respond appropriately to trends through knowledge capture Of audit activities and CAFM systems to identify risks and enable priorities to be established.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Candidates will be BM Trada or Warrington Fire Qualified or similar
- Good knowledge of Fire Safety and Fire Door Systems
- Previous experience managing compliance on a facilities management contract with knowledge of CIBSE, HTM, and SFG20
- Background in M&E service delivery
