Permit Officer-Immediate
Location: South West London
Salary: £45K Pro Rata
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00
The person we are looking for will be responsible for operating the Banyard Permit to Access system as well as Savills permit to work system for new sections of the project that are due to be handed over to Savills from the development company.
Initially this would involve managing numerous access requests on the system for various trades for works closing out snags and defects, as well as hot works permits, etc. This would then move towards a more an operational delivery focus with service providers requiring access.
We are looking for someone who has had previous experience in a similar role who can start as soon as possible.
Ideally you should have an engineering background and be capable of reviewing RAMs as part of the process.
We would be looking to pay an equivalent of £45k per year and this may lead to a fixed term or perm role.
