My client is an exciting spirits group that is known across the UK and growing fast, it’s exciting and fast paced approach. They have strong UK growth plans; therefore, they are looking to bring in an experienced Off Trade Senior Sales Manager candidate to handle a designated account and help grow the business. As this is London based role, but you can live anywhere in the UK and work remotely
The off-trade Sales Manager role
- Work closely with the Director + the site General Managers
- Proven track record in account management within the Spirits industry
- Strong knowledge/relationships of dealing with the big five, Wholesale and Convenience sales
- Strong business development, across the whole of the UK
- Experience in building a team to help add value to the company and supporting onboarding talent
- secure listings with retail chains, groups, wholesalers, cash & carry, exports etc
The right candidate
- Strong experience within the FMCG sales sector, spirits industry (off trade experience is needed)
- Entrepreneurial skill set, able to work in a fast-passed environment
- Candidates with integrity, great initiative & an entrepreneurial spirit
- Enthusiastic, disciplined & self-motivated.
- Able to create opportunities & be commercially minded
- Work in our fast pace ‘hands on’ culture with multi-tasking skills.
- Clean driving license
