Administrator (Automotive industry)
Ryton
Monday – Friday (flexible working hours)

Our client is a family run company based in the heart of Ryton. They are looking for an energetic Administrator to join the existing team.
What you’ll do
In your role of Administrator, you will work as part of a team delivering consistently high levels of Customer Service. You will help with vehicle logging, logistics (UK wide), general office administrative duties and helping with sales team.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service by responding to all customer requests completely and accurately within the standards set by the company.
- Identifying, logging and resolving any customer complaints as per FCA guidelines.
- Working with other departments to help work efficientlt
- Delivering a ‘Right First Time’ approach to ensure a reduction in the cost of rework and errors

- High levels of drive, enthusiasm and self-motivation to cope with a very busy working environment.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Take responsibility for own actions and making decisions.
- Proactively maintain, develop and improve own technical competence and core skills.
- Strive to deliver a consistently high-quality service in a cost effective way.
