Build Recruitment are working with a leading provider of FM and Cost & Project Management services across the UK to source a regional Quantity Surveyor: Salary to £45,000 + Car
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Quantity Surveyor role will an autonomous and homebased role covering the London, Midlands and South England primarily working on Construction based contracts, although due to their coverage, you may be expected to work in other sectors.
Typical projects undertaken by the Quantity Surveyor will include but are not limited to:
Construction-Roofing, MEP, Lighting, AC, Fire Protection
As a Quantity Surveyor, experience of governance, compliance, contractual matters coupled with commercial and financial acumen is key to making this role a success.
Educated to degree level (Quantity Surveying), it is expected that applicants will have experience of working on Tier 1 contracts as well as having used NEC and JCT forms of contract.
