Estates Manager
London | £55,000 - £60,000
Build Recruitment are working with a London based Healthcare provider to source an Estates Manager.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this leadership role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Hard and Soft services across their sites.
The Head of Estates will be a motivated and driven individual focused on delivering impeccable facilities services, ensuring that the client provides excellent standards of care and hospitality to patients and their families.
Primarily an operational role, the Estates Manager will be tasked with working with the executive team to develop strategy across Property, Facilities, Grounds and Accommodation.
Managing an established team of hard and soft Estates and Facilities staff, the Estates Manager will oversee PPMs, Reactive and Cyclical Maintenance, Capital Projects, Health & Safety, Grounds Maintenance, Housekeeping and Hospitality.
This is an essential car user position and applicants are expected to be educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) and be a certified member of IWFM.
