Director of Facilities in the best region of Turks & Caicos

Love to share your knowledge and train your team to be the most efficient and well-versed players in the field? We’re on the hunt for a highly capable and experienced mentor-style Director of Facilities for this gorgeous property located amongst Turks & Caicos’ most prestigious beaches.
The ideal candidate must have a thorough knowledge of all facility operations including but not limited to HVAC, risk management, emergency generator back-up systems, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, roof and other structural systems. A background in a luxury resort setting is ESSENTIAL.
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate will have:
- 100% fluent in English, additional languages would be valuable
- Preventative mindset when it comes to the maintenance of the property
- Worked with high-end resort finishings and challenging architectural designs
- Experience across several facets of engineering and maintenance (ie mechanical, electric, building, landscaping, boats, etc.)
- A knack for numbers, able to build a 5 years CAPEX plan for building maintenance and asset preservation
- Worked in an island location before
