My client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor/Manager from an FM (Facilities Management) background to work on their site in the Reading, Hampshire area.
The ideal Maintenance Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for 7-8 trades engineers on varying background to include plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance within a commercial & domestic environment.
As a Maintenance Manager you will need to be computer literate and fully versed with compliance with risk assessments etc
Having a technical background is also essential
