M&E Contract Manager
London, NW1
£55,000 - £58,000 per annum
We currently have a great opportunity for an M&E Contract Manager to work on a well-known contract in the heart of London.
As one of the leading FM companies they can offer a fantastic package with salary, benefits, pension scheme and much more.
The ideal candidate will be from a technical background and have a wealth of FM experience.

Job specific responsibilities:
- Overseeing and arranging of all M&E related tasks on the site
- Managing the client and reacting to critical aspects of the site with urgency
- Ensuring all your allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required.
- Arrangement of RAMS
- Managing the day-to-day schedules of the engineers
- Writing of PPM schedules
- Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
- Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments
- Financial Management –Full ownership of P&L, Debt and WIP
- Disciplinary and Conflict management.
- Ensure all sites have accurate asset registers and are labelled accordingly.
- Responsible for the fast and effective procurement of materials and services.
- Produce dilapidation reports.
- Provide Operational reports monthly and as requested.
- Ensure additional services and projects are added, and contracts are re-won on re-tender.
- Work closely with the Contract Support to ensure that the service levels are maintained to a consistently high level.
- Provide leadership, and ensuring the planned development of the contract, to ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
- Support the Helpdesk in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent with either an electrical or building services bias.
- Worked as a building services engineer in a critical environment.
- Good knowledge of management and working in a critical environment.
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities.
