We are urgently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a growing company based at their head offices in Croydon. You must have at least 5 years experience as an accomplished administrator coupled with excellent customer liaison skills, thoroughness and accuracy and excellent attention to detail as there is a large amount of data entry involved which is a critical part of the job. This is a permanent role, paying £24k pa. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am and 7pm (flexibility to work an 8 hour shift between 7am and 7pm))
To be considered for the role you must have :
Exceptional administrative skills with a track record of ensuring all information is recorded and captured on a right first time basis.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to provide customers with quote information from rate cards
Background and understanding of FM is a strong preference of the industry knowledge
Real eye for detail and ensuring all information is correctly understood, recorded and communicated across the business
All information is inputted for jobs and works onto their in house system is right first time and has captured all the customer enquiry
Very clear and concise communication skills demonstrating strong customer service capabilities
Technical ability that enables you to use systems competently and confidently
A real desire and enthusiasm to engage in the job and can demonstrate this at interview
Can think on your feet and overcome problems with quick thinking solutions.
Prioritising the workload in an efficient and appropriate timeframe
Ability to multitask
