We currently have a great opportunity for a Shift Leader to join a medium sized team on a large corporate site based in Mayfair area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leading a team of engineers, HVAP qualified as well as experience within a critical environment.
This role is working for one of the leading FM companies in the industry, as a company they can offer a fantastic package with salary, benefits, pension scheme and much more.
Job specific responsibilities:
- Carry out/delegate and update all maintenance responsibilities
- PPM tasks and management
- Reactive maintenance
- Lead on all HVAP switching on site
- Full responsibility for management of engineers, plant management and administration
- Carry out and manage PPMs as well as other physical tasks
- Sub-contractor management & compliance
- Arrangement of RAMS
- Liaising with the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments
Qualifications / Experience:
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- 18 th edition
- HVAP
- Good knowledge of building services
- Client facing experience
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities
