Our client who are a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a AC/Multi Skilled Engineer to join the support team located in the East Midlands.
The job will be split between 2 roles
Role 1 - Static engineer carrying out AC servicing, AHU servicing and legionella compliance for 2 to 3 days per week.
Role 2 - Mobile engineer on several accounts carrying out AC servicing, Statutory compliance checks and pre planned / reactive maintenance for the remainder of the week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day to day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks on the accounts. This will include the supervision of specialist sub contractors and ensuring all paperwork is up to date. Also ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed as per QHSE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and repairs to AC systems and FCU systems
- To carry out all L8 compliance checks.
- Carry out statutory monthly PPM checks
- To quote on all faults found.
- Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Contract Support or Contract Management in line with the Service Level Agreements.
- Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.
- To observe the company policy on Health & Safety at Work.
- To undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested
Qualifications:
- FGas (Essential)
- C&G/NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- 17/18th Edition (Advantagous not essential)
- Basic knowledge of other Building Services
- Driving Licence
Package and hours:
- Monday to Friday 0800 to 1630
- Upto £33k p/a plus vehicle and benefits
- Overtime
- On call 1 in 4 (£100 retainer)
- Company van for use at work. (Can be used privately but fuel must be paid for)
- All tools supplied
- All uniform supplied

- 25 days holiday per year plus all bank holidays accrued throughout the year
