HVAC Commissioning Engineer
Exciting opportunity for a HVAC Engineer to join a rapidly growing company within their Birmingham division. The company have rapidly expanded over the last decade, and they now have a number of projects across the UK and Europe. With a great package on offer, this position offers autonomy and progression making it a fantastic opportunity for engineers looking to progress their career into the next level.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for HVAC and BMS controls on projects
- Checking designs and clarifying queries with design team
- Overseeing installations and maintenance
- Troubleshooting
- Continuous improvements to process, systems etc
- Preparing risk assessment and method statements
- Monitoring progress of projects
- Prepare technical and contract documentations
- Preparing reports including capital costs estimates, project schedules and tender schedules
Background and Qualifications
- Degree or trade qualified in mechanical or HVAC discipline
- BMS control experience (Desired)
- 5 + years Previous experience in engineering position
- Project experience in construction of critical environment
