London - remote working until restrictions are lifted
Experienced workplace strategy consultant required for my forward thinking and rapidly expanding client in London. You will need at least five years' experience working at the coal face for workplace strategy and change and the ability to drop into a project and be able to deliver value from day one.
Due to a brand new major European programme of work my client need an experienced contractor to be able to hit the ground running and help a variety of projects in play. You will need core property and workplace transformation experience; space planning and budgeting is important as well as cadence to the people impact of workplace change.
You will have no qualms in challenging an organisation requirements with your prior knowledge of workplace trends and what works and what doesn't. Space and space demands will play a key part in the ever changing needs of workplaces during this Covid-19 pandemic.
You will need to start immediately and be setup to work remotely with your own tools - this role is outside IR35.
This role will be based out of London but with a flexible working arrangement - there is no requirement to be based at the office or client site until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
