Workplace Change Consultant

London - remote working for 2021 but needs to be UK based
Interested to get stuck into pure workplace change management consulting? Hold no fear with dealing with multi thousand person workplace change programmes? This could be the one for you!
My global engineering and design consultancy are looking to bolster their team with an experienced workplace change manager who can help their client base on the journey through workplace transformation and to realise the power of their people within their workplace.
You will need at least three years workplace consulting experience. Key skills with stakeholder engagement, culture, internal communications, strategy visioning, workshops and C-suit interview skills are all key for this role. A background working in workplace advisory is beneficial, but we are open to various change consulting for large scale programmes is also interesting.
This role will be based out of London but with a flexible working arrangement - there is no requirement to be based at the office or client site until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
