Electrical Maintenance Engineer/ Maintenance Technician Maintenance Engineer - Newcastle £29,000 - £33,000
We have a fantastic opportunity available working for one of the UK's top Facilities Management Companies who operate on some of the largest and most prestigious contracts in the UK and Worldwide. We are looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer or Maintenance Technician to work on a static basis on one of the companies most prestigious contracts in Newcastle.
The role: As a Maintenance Electrician you will be responsible to ensure that the Electrical maintenance tasks on the site are done on time and to schedule and look after your own work load. Whilst on site you will be carrying out a range of electrical maintenance. This could be anything from a simple lamp change / emergency light test to a 6 month / annual test. The role will involve a range of electrical maintenance, electrical fault-finding and electrical repair. Whilst on site you might also be required from time to time to carry out some more general building maintenance, this could be replacing a ceiling tile, or putting a door handle back on for example. Joing a team of exisiting mechancaial and fabric engineers.
