Electrical Shift Engineer
Static site - Hull
£36,800+ overtime
Shift pattern:
12hr shift - 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 days off

We have a fantastic opportunity available working for one of the UK's top Facilities Management Companies who operate on some of the largest and most prestigious contracts in the UK and Worldwide. We are looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer work shifts on a static basis on one of the companies most prestigious contracts.
The role:
As a Maintenance Shift Electrician / Shift Engineer you will be responsible to ensure that the Electrical maintenance tasks on the site are done on time and to schedule and look after your own work load.
Whilst on site you will be carrying out a range of electrical maintenance. This could be anything from a simple lamp change / emergency light test to a 6 month / annual test. The role will involve a range of electrical maintenance, electrical fault-finding and electrical repair.
This site has a heavy industrial enviroment.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- 17th Edition or 18th Edition
- City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 Electrical qualifications
- Demonstrate experience in maintenance and repair of a wide and varied range of electrical systems.
- Undertake repair and fault finding on critical systems and equipment (advantagous)
- Installation background (advantagous)
- An understanding/ experience on HV (advantagous)
- Maintenance of lighting systems and emergency light testings
