My client is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Admin Support Assistant on a temporary contract, immediate start until 28.05.21, to work in the Livingston area. Monday - Friday 40.00 hours per week, £10.10ph +holiday pay. Laptop, Monitor & Mobile supplied to enable Homeworking

Duties will include the following:
- Experience in managing/working in high volume workflow environments
- Experience in undertaking Value for Money checks including Technical Appraisals of works undertaken by Sub-Contractors
- Experience in insuring the correct adoption of Agreed Rates as set by Supply Chain. Various Rates that can change relative to Trade, Client, Work Type etc.
- A developed understanding of the minimum need for the business to meet the relative Client Requirements
- Chasing down aged GRNI (Open Purchase Orders) including the resolutions of all queries
- Monthly reconciliation of Supplier Statements
- Detail oriented and deadline driven
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and projects
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver customer focused solutions
- Ability to prioritise and plan works
- Excellent communicational problem-solving skills
