My client has a great opportunity for an experienced Supervisor within the built environment to look after 4/5 sites in the Weymouth & Portland area.

The ideal Fabric Supervisor will
- Monitor the progress of the project to an agreed time and standard of delivery, ensuring works are completed to the satisfaction of the customer and regulatory authorities. These range over 3 to 4 buildings.
- Set up the Project safety files before go-live.
- Deliver the project through effective communication, ensuring that the staff members are fully competent and trained to undertake key tasks linked to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Monitor the safety performance of all service aspects, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage the preparation and submission for approval all appropriate Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments.
Specific requirements the Supervisor will need is
- minimum engineering qualification of NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Good, knowledge of Management disciplines in Building and Fabric works
- Have experience in a Supervisory environment with Building (Roofing works, scaffolding, structural) and Fabric works as a component responsibility.
- Be commercially aware and have a sound knowledge of budget preparation, negotiation and management.
