Contract type – Ongoing / full time
A leading building services company in London are currently seeking an additional Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join their established maintenance team. Based in London the successful candidates can choose to work Monday to Friday days only or on a Shift basis and working within a large established team of tradesmen on site.
The duties will encompass the planned and reactive maintenance to electrical and HVAC systems in both modern and older established environments. These systems and equipment include: Single & three phase power, lighting, emergency lighting & fire alarm testing, AHU’s, heating systems etc.
This is an excellent opportunity for a electricians looking to enhance their career within the building services industry. Candidates will need to have ideally completed a recognised apprenticeship and hold a minimum of City & Guilds or NVQ Electrical Installations certification. There is also a requirement for previous experience of working within a maintenance role within the engineering field. You should also have good public facing skills and to have a friendly and team spirit.
Duties will include:
Day to day monitoring of systems
Planned and preventive maintenance
Reactive breakdowns on various plant & equipment
Client liason
