We are recruiting for experienced Joiners to work on a Modular factory site in Hull. This is an ongoing long term role. The pay rate will be between £14-16 depending on experience, paid on a PAYE basis. The ideal candidate will be qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 City & Guilds in Joinery/Carpentry and must have at least minimum 3 years-experience
Duties will include carrying out aspects of 1st and 2nd fix works, these will include:
1st Fix
- Studwork
- Floating Floors
- Staircases
- Windows
- Window Boards
- Exteriors Doors
- Internal Door Linings
- Bathroom Boxings
2nd Fix
- Internal hardwood and softwood doors
- Architraves to door linings
- Skirting and mouldings
- Pre-formed door sets
- Staircase components
Requirements:
• Joinery qualification min L2 or L3
• Experience of site operations
• Previous experience of Building and refurbishment operations
• Manual handling competent
• Can work in a team environment
