Tenant Supervisor

Monday - Friday, 8am / 5pm
Our client is currently looking for a Tenant Supervisor at one of the city's most iconic buildings, working on behalf of a well renowned insurance company - the client can offer a great package which includes; benefit and pension schemes as well as progression/upskilling opportunities.
The client provides extensive range of facilities maintenance across the UK with many blue-chip contracts, with a wealth of highly trained personnel.
Job Accountabilities:
- Supervise & perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance, and reactive works
- Work in partnership with the tenant, with 1 direct engineering report
- Service, testing and diagnosing systems related to the building
- Carrying out electrical & mechanical checks when required
- Ensuring all allocated activities are completed to cost and timescale
- Liaising with the client and tenant providing a professional service
- Adhering to health & safety as well as COVID-19 guidelines
Qualifications/Experience:
- NVQ level 2/3 with either an electrical or mechanical bias
- Good all-round technical knowledge
- Experience of engineering services & maintenance
- Past client facing experience (desirable)
- Excellent customer care and problem-solving capabilities
