My client is one of the largest family run contractors in the country, they have been successful in their field for over 50 years and have a successful track record of delivery repairs and maintenance contracts up and down the country.
We are currently looking for a Voids Supervisor to work within the Voids department on a social housing maintenance contract.
You will be required to manage the process from start to finish with using a mix of directly employed staff and specialist sub contractors to complete works in time and to a health and safety standard held by the client.
