Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer
Hertfordshire & Central London
Van / Fuel Card / PDA
£34,000 - £38,000 + overtime
Monday - Friday, 08:00 / 17:00

We are looking to recruit a Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer to work on a large portfolio across Hertfordshire and Central London.
As a Mobile Maintenance M&E Engineer you will be responsible to ensure that the electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on the site are done on time and to schedule and look after your own workload.
Whilst on site you will be carrying out a range of electrical and mechanical maintenance, This could be anything from a simple lamp change to working on BMS equipment.
Whilst on site you might also be required from time to time to carry out some more general building maintenance, this could be replacing a ceiling tile, or putting a door handle back on for example.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 Electrical or Mechanical qualifications
- Demonstrate experience in maintenance and repair of a wide and varied range of electrical systems and mechanical systems.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and completing all report sheets
- Self-efficient, able to manage own workload and flexible
