Plumbing/Mechanical Engineer - Temp to perm

£30,000 per annum plus £2,340 standby payment
If you have experience working carrying out maintenance plumbing and mechanical maintenance work, in a commercial environment (offices, hospitals etc), and are looking for a site based role, then we want to hear from you. Our client is looking to recruit on a temp to perm basis, you'll be working as part of an on-site maintenance team, working Monday - Friday.
Working on various aspects of plumbing and mechanical building services plant, including water hygiene and plant inspections; plumbing, filter changes, and other mechanical duties in support of the rest of the team such as fan coil maintenance. Duties will also include carrying out various non specialist electrical and building fabric maintenance tasks.
Ideally, you'll hold a formal qualification such as City and Guilds or an NVQ, in either plumbing or mechanical engineering. You'll live within reasonable commuting distance of Dudley.
On offer is a temp to perm position paying a basic salary of £30k, on a 40 hour week. On call payment is £2,340 per annum on top, and overtime is available.
