Role Overview
Job Title: Estate Manager / Site Based Facilities Manager
Package: £22,000-£25,000 + Benefits
Hours: Sunday to Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm
Location: Plymouth
Duties Overview
·The role of Estate Manager / Facilities Manager at the development will be to assist your Property Manager in the smooth and efficient management of the general building and occupation of rooms for residential purposes within the building.
·The Estate Manager / Facilities Manager will need to ensure the highest level of compliance in respect of Fire, Health and Safety and Statutory Legislation at the building.
·The Estate Manager / Facilities Manager will also be required to oversee, support and direct the other on-site members.
·The Estate Manager / Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the standards of building management are applied to both the communal areas the fabric of the building and the designated rooms for occupancy.
·The Estate Manager / Facilities Manager will work closely with the Property Manager, along with regular and ad hoc maintenance contractors attending site, reporting all issues directly to the Property Manager.
·You will be required to provide a proactive service in respect of Building Management at the development working closely with your Property Manager, Regional Head of Residential Property Management and the wider Property Management Team.
