FM Account Manager
Crewe
Up to £50,000 + Car dependent on experience
FM Account Manager required to join a leading FM Service provider delivering a hard and soft services for a corporate and manufacturing client based from Crewe.
- You will have excellent customer focus and be able to lead a team to deliver outstanding service to your client in line with the contracted agreements.
- Have previously managed a team with a self delivery model with a few specialist subcontractors
- Experience of managing profit and loss
- Managed multiple sites
This role will suit someone with previous experience of managing facilities management contracts, ideally for a FM Service provider
IOSH and membership to IWFM would be a distinct advantage.
This is an urgent permanent role.
